Couples may join the Club with a single membership application. Each Student should fill out a separate membership applicaation.
The cost for membership is basically one dollar per month per person, with a discount for a five or ten year membership. The Club’s fiscal year is July 1 thru June 30. The minimum term of membership is 7 months-December 1 to July 1. If you select a 1 to 4 year plan and join between January 1 and June 30 you must pay for a full plan period PLUS the dues for 6 months to 1 month (example: add 6$ for January-June, add $5 for February-June, add $2 for May-June, etc.) On Five and Ten year memberships that begin between August 1 to June 30 members will get a FREE ride until the next July 1.
Multi year members’ dues will be allocated over the life of their membership. Persons who are a full time student in elementary school through college can get a “FREE” membership if they wish to participate in carrying forward the traditions and cultures of their heritages. We would like for the parents of school children to also join the Club along with their children. Persons in college must provide a college transcript or proof of acceptance along with their applicaton.
Let’s make dancing a family affair. We need the children and young adults actively involved with music and dancing in order for Texas dance halls and bands to continue for future generations. Not only is it beneficial to the well-being of the person, but it will help them form a lifetime habit of dancing while they are carrying forth the heritage!
